Regional Facilities Manager

My Client is looking for experienced multi – site Facilities Manager. You will have previous experience in managing multi site properties, and have basic understanding of commercial leases / service charges. Experience of liaising with clients, tenants, consultants and local authorities. You will be responsible for a number of properties in your allocated region.
You will support the Property Management Department, in managing clients’ properties to an excellent standard by providing a friendly, efficient, pro-active and cost competitive service to the occupiers of multi site buildings, with a strong focus on customer care and Health & Safety.
You will be a member of BIFM and ideally hold your NEBOSH general certificate or equivalent.
