The Science and Systems Group within my client’s organisaition are a multidisciplinary team of scientists and engineers. They develop leading edge technologies such as microfluidics, optics, micro-mechanical devices and products such as medical diagnostics, fuel cells, displays, sensors, for a range of markets from healthcare to consumer products.
They seek a highly skilled consultant with a background in optical physics and engineering to lead demanding development projects and build new business to join our team. The candidate will have first class technical and communication skills, experience at leading large multidisciplinary projects and an interest in and aptitude for developing business.
As a minimum you will be a Physicist or Engineer with a 1st or 2.1 degree and PhD, or their equivalents.
You must also have a track record at commercialising complex optical or optoelectronic technology in an industrial setting and delivering multidisciplinary projects against challenging timelines and product requirements.
