- It is our goal to provide you with an exceptional level of service. We aim to ensure a smooth, enjoyable and trouble-free contract
- We respond to the receipt of CVs as soon as we receive them
- We will pay you promptly either on a weekly or monthly basis
- We will keep in contact with you whilst you are on assignment
- We can search our state-of-the-art computer system instantaneously and find your next contract for you fast and effectively. We will start a proactive search for your next contract before the end of your current contract
- Once your contract has started we arrange regular meetings throughout its duration with you and your project manager to ensure that targets and expectations are being met in an on-going policy of communication
- Many of our contractors have been working for us continuously over many years
General Advice
Whilst you are working on a contract with us you will be representing us every day. We would like you to be professional at all times. Listed below are some of the do’s and don’ts whilst on contract. Please try to observe them and your contract will be trouble-free:
- Don’t get involved in any political activities
- Don’t get involved in any trade union activities
- Do exercise a high level of conduct at all times
- Do please keep your pay rate to yourself. By doing this, you’ll protect your future pay
- Do keep in touch with us. If there are any problems, give us a call, we’ll try to help
Referral Scheme
Please refer new contractors to us. Once a referred contractor has been on assignment for three months with us, you’ll be eligible to receive £150.
So if you know of any contractors that have any of the skills listed in our job section, please e-mail us with their name and telephone number and e-mail address
Please let us know if your present employer needs more skilled staff. If we are able to fulfil their requirements successfully, we will certainly be in your debt
