Our client, a local authority in Lincolnshire is looking for an Audit Manager for a 3 month contract. You will be managing a team of auditors to deliver parts of the annual audit plan, and will control, manage and execute complex and high profile audit assignments for the Authority and external clients utilising audit resources as appropriate, employing the risk based approach and performing work to appropriate recognised professional standards and best practice. Therefore it is essential that you have previous Auditing experience within a local authority with CIPFA knowledge. You will also need management experience, a thorough understanding of risks and controls and be able to produce reports and presentations of recommendations found from the audit results.

A Sustainable projects manager is required by my public sector client in London. The Sustainable projects manager will join the team whose current focus is to reduce energy and waste with a particular focus on Housing. There are two main aspects for this role. The first is to lead on the identification, verification and project management delivery of environmental sustainability projects and reporting requirements. The second is to liaise with Property Services colleagues and the corporate Sustainability and Energy Management teams to develop and deliver the Carbon Management Plan. The key areas of focus include; project management; building services engineering solutions; financial and carbon accounting and; energy and waste management. Ideally you will have a Qualification as an Energy Auditor, Sound knowledge and understanding of building services, fabric and ME engineering issues; Sound knowledge of environmental legislation and national policy along with health and safety requirements.

A Business Systems Analyst is required to join a busy Financial Service Centre at a large public sector organisation based in London. The Business Systems Analyst will be responsible for the administration function of Cedar systems and Paybase applications, including security, reporting, printing and maintenance/cleardown of files and data. You will manage Change control, reporting of incidents and testing of fixes through all environments and schedule and support the overnight batchwork, analyse any failures and take appropriate corrective action. The Business Systems Analyst will attend meetings to discuss business requirements for future developments. You will have advance knowledge of Cedar applications, Paybase, EDI and or Oracle Payroll and accounting functions.

The main focus of the role will be to assist with the management and monitoring of the financial business and service delivery of Asset Management. Create and manage a build laboratory for Software Management to fulfil the requirement to build all software components themselves, this will include building Java EAR’s, C and C++ executables. Manage the high availability repository and the automation of the environment build processes using the repository and use in conjunction with the software delivery mechanisms. Create and manage the virtual machine build and distribution processes in conjunction with the Change Management team. Work with QA and other Software Management team members to create and manage an automated daily build environment. Manage and support creation of Escrow images to fulfil Escrow compilation and build requests.
