A Sustainable projects manager is required by my public sector client in London. The Sustainable projects manager will join the team whose current focus is to reduce energy and waste with a particular focus on Housing. There are two main aspects for this role. The first is to lead on the identification, verification and project management delivery of environmental sustainability projects and reporting requirements. The second is to liaise with Property Services colleagues and the corporate Sustainability and Energy Management teams to develop and deliver the Carbon Management Plan. The key areas of focus include; project management; building services engineering solutions; financial and carbon accounting and; energy and waste management. Ideally you will have a Qualification as an Energy Auditor, Sound knowledge and understanding of building services, fabric and ME engineering issues;  Sound  knowledge of environmental legislation and national policy along with health and safety requirements.</p>
